We have an immediate need for a highly qualified and motivated mid-level/senior-level associate to join our Executive Compensation Practice Group at our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office. Antitrust Attorney - (Midtown Manhattan)

Our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office is seeking a mid-level/senior-level associate for our Antitrust Practice Group. The  mid-level/senior-level will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2018 - 2023) of antitrust law experience in the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act). The ability to handle international merger control compliance and complex litigations on mergers and acquisitions, transfers of securities, and assets are required. Compensation

The annualized salary range for all positions is $225,000 - $435,000, based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience permitted by law, e.g.; (education, training, and responsibilities). The total compensation package for all positions will also include competitive bonus, health and dental insurance (including spouses and children), life and disability insurance, paid vacation, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off benefits (sick and parental leave), a possible hybrid work environment with technology allowance, and possible reimbursements for moving expenses, bar review courses, bar examination fees, and bar association dues. Salaries for counsels and partners could be outside of the annualized salary range of $225,000 - $435,000, based on experience and responsibilities.
