We have an immediate need for a highly qualified and motivated mid-level/senior-level associate to join our Executive Compensation Practice Group at our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2018 - 2023) of executive compensation and benefits experience, helping clients design, implement, and ensure the compliance of employee benefit plans and arrangements with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, the Affordable Care Act, and other federal statutes affecting such arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for drafting welfare plans, including group health plans, cafeteria plans, and wellness plans, as well as qualified pension, profit-sharing, and non-qualified retirement plans, along with support in mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. All candidates must have experience with respect to institutional investment and fiduciary matters arising under Title I of ERISA, including with respect to the "plan asset" rules and Venture Capital Operating Company (VCOC) and Real Estate Operating Company (REOC) structuring. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. New York State Bar is required.

Our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office is seeking a mid-level/senior-level associate for our Capital Markets Group. The mid-level/senior-level will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2018 - 2023) of experience in equity and/or credit derivatives. We prefer all candidates to have some exposure to fixed income, futures, and complex OTC derivatives, structured products, leverage arrangements, security agreements, and regulatory matters. Experience with transactional commodities, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA), and Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA) documentation is a plus. Qualified candidates will have stellar academic credentials, Am Law 100 firm experience, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York State Bar is required.
